Caste Count !!

 Caste count is a means to include those who were left behind. Prime Minister Narendra Modi says caste enumeration announced as a part of decennial Census was a step model of bringing the marginalised and those left behind in every field into the mainstream of development. 

Now I have some questions from this statement. Why Caste count is needed? If we say it's okay to have a caste count but why give them the status of left behind for those who have achieved something in their life? 

People who were left behind and are now living in a respected community doesn't need the status of being left behind. I am not against Modi government but I am against the law that keeps this sarcastic left behind people to have those advantages to move forward in their life. Is it to give them this status for generations (ST/SC/OBC/EWS and more in India). People have moved on in their life and are being respected.

Let's see why this law was implemented, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar improvised the law to advantage the under-privileged class in 1921. Ambedkar and others who took this decision had a mindset that by the time under-privileged people get their rights and respect in society, the law will have it's place, later on alteration will take place. But politics is a big game, people loved this decision and took advantage for the upcoming generations. Leaders came and went but will never go against reservation. Many ruling parties were asked upon this. 

People did protests. After a long fight, what they got is 10% reservation to all categories, and rest remains the same. 

Prime Minister Modi also took upon Operation Sindoor on Sunday on radio. This thing did have impact of the conversation with people of India. These are completely my views. Not targetting any political party involvement.

Tragedy (Flight crash in Ahmedabad)!!

 On12th June(Thursday), 169 Indians, 53 British and 7 Portuguese total of 230 people boarded the Air India Flight from Ahmedabad. Including Crew members a total 242 people were there in Air India 171. As per CISF CCTV footage within 40 seconds of takeoff, flight crashed into the hostel of a medical college which is located within radius of 5km from Ahmedabad Airport. The plane was carrying a total amount of 1.25 lakh liter fuel. AI 171 had a route from Delhi to Ahmedabad and then Ahmedabad to London (supposed to a 8 hour long flight). Crash took place at 1:38pm exploded both plane and hostel building. It was lunch time, so there weren't a lot of students in the hostel. Crash took all the people inside the plane to death, excluding the one sitting on the emergency gate. The only survivor of the plane crash said that his presence of mind forced him to jump out of the plane. Though he was injured, he lost his brother travelling with him. Mass Hiring during the time of Recession!!

Yes, you read it right. Multi-national companies which layed-off thousands of employees 2022 onwards are again hiring for multiple roles all across globe. I was in college at that time and what I got to know from placement department and various faculty of  the college is not good. They told me that the industry is going down, the upcoming years are going to be more difficult as compared to the recession in 2008-2010. Every time the technology emerges and companies need something extra, it is definite that recession takes place. Yes, they were right and it did happened.
