 Delhi Police have busted a cyber fraud racket that used to trick people using fraudulent transactions online. More of such cyber fraud racket exists that dupe people using different platforms with different people. In this case, the accused identified as Imran Ansari, 43, and Mansoor Ansari, 55, had relocated to Ladakh from Jharkhand to evade surveillance due to low mobile network connectivity and difficult terrain. The suspects were arrested last week. This is the latest news that was recently reported to Delhi  cyber cell. There are many such fraudulent rackets that have not been reported.  Caste count is a means to include those who were left behind. Prime Minister Narendra Modi says caste enumeration announced as a part of decennial Census was a step model of bringing the marginalised and those left behind in every field into the mainstream of development.  Now I have some questions from this statement. Why Caste count is needed? If we say it's okay to have a caste count but why give them the status of left behind for those who have achieved something in their life?  People who were left behind and are now living in a respected community doesn't need the status of being left behind.
